Run to End Homelessness
March 2, 2024!
Join SpringField Rescue Mission’s Run to End Homelessness In-Person 5K or 10K Run/Walk Event in Forest Park, Springfield, MA.
Rappelling
Trips will occur between April and October 2024
- All trips are from 10:00am – 2:30pm
- $30/person
- Maximum of 7 participants per trip
- Open to adults and teenagers (accompanied by parent or guardian) in good physical condition, click here for Physical Health Levels

- If you are uncertain of the physical requirements and/or need modifications to participate, send us an email.
- Register by 9pm the Thursday before the day of the trip.
Canoeing/Kayaking
Trips occur between July and September 2024
- Plan to spend 3 hours on the Connecticut River
- Cost is $5/person
- Max of 6 participants per trip (with the exception of children under 5)
- Open to adults and families in fair physical

Hiking

- A great way to meet others while enjoying the outdoors
- The length of each hike varies, click the date above for more details.
- Trailhead parking area will be sent to you by text message the day prior to the trip
- Cost is free/donation
- Max of 6 participants per trip
