I’ve been thinking a lot about the still small voice of God that was heard by Elijah on the mountain. It amazes me to know that the same still small voice is speaking to us today.
It is often in the quiet and stillness, in the small and often unnoticed, that God speaks and teaches some of His greatest lessons. This is where we learn of His heart and grow in gratitude for His blessings.
Let me encourage you to use this time as an opportunity to press into Jesus Christ. Make your walk with Him a priority and just be still and know that He is God. The God that spoke to Elijah desires to speak into your life as well.
Let me ask you to pray for the family of God. Many are facing discouragement and hardship. The impact of COVID-19 has been broad. From sickness to devastating loss, to financial hardships and lost jobs – the reach of this virus has touched many across our community.
If you or a family member are in need, we would like to help. Please email us at [email protected]. I would like to thank so many who have donated food and time to show and share the love of Christ to those around us.
Press in and Press on!
